CALL FOR PAPERS

Virtual Joint Annual Meeting of the Arizona and New Mexico Chapters of the Wildlife Society and American Fisheries Society

We are now accepting submissions for contributed papers and posters for the 2021 Virtual Joint Annual Meeting. This is an abbreviated submission as detailed below, abstracts are not requested at this point.


The submission deadline is 21 December 2020


Instructions for Submissions

Presentations may include completed projects and works in progress. Submissions should consist of presentation authors, affiliations, contact information, and a presentation title. Abstracts are not requested. Speakers will be given 15 minutes for their presentation. Please indicate your preference for a live or pre-recorded presentation, or a virtual poster presentation. In addition, indicate if the presentation is a student presentation or not. Students are those currently attending a college/university or who have graduated within the 12 months preceding JAM, and who are first author on the research. Presenters will be notified of additional details concerning presentations by 8 January 2021, with full abstracts submitted by 1 February 2021.

Format

List all authors using first and last names, their affiliation, addresses, and e-mail addresses. When choosing the title, be brief but descriptive and avoid using acronyms or scientific names in the title unless the common name is not widely known. Please indicate if you are a student (undergraduate or graduate) AND whether the preferred form of presentation will be posterlive presentation via Zoom, or pre-recorded video presentation.
